Curio Garden Return & Exchange Policy

Because each piece at Curio Garden is handmade with care, we currently offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not offer refunds.

đź’« Exchanges & Store Credit

You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:
    •    Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
    •    Contact us at shopcuriogarden@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
    •    You are responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit or process an exchange.

đź§µ Broken Necklace or Jewelry Repair

We stand by the quality of our handmade pieces. If your necklace breaks due to a construction issue within 30 days of delivery, we’ll offer a complimentary repair, replacement, or store credit (based on availability).

To qualify:
    •    Email us at shopcuriogarden@gmail.com with a photo of the broken piece and your order number
    •    We’ll determine whether a repair or replacement is possible
    •    If repair is not possible, you’ll receive store credit for the original item price
    •    Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the issue was our mistake

A Note About Bead Breakage

All of our necklaces are made with real gemstone beads — which means they’re naturally strong but not indestructible. If dropped or handled roughly, the beads can crack, chip, or break.

We recommend treating your jewelry with care: avoid dropping it, tossing it in bags, or wearing it during intense activities. These pieces are made to be worn and loved, but they do appreciate a little gentleness.

Breakage from impact or rough wear isn’t considered a defect and isn’t covered under returns or exchanges.

We’re happy to look into repair options. Repair fees will apply.

    •    Sale items, custom orders, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

🌿 Curio Garden Shipping & Delivery Policy

We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

📦 Order Tracking & Delivery

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery is confirmed.

If you cannot locate your package:
    •    Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation
    •    Look around your mailbox, porch, or building entry
    •    Ask household members, neighbors, or your leasing office
    •    Contact the local post office or delivery carrier for help

🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. While we are not liable for packages once they are marked delivered, we’re happy to help guide you through the claim process with the carrier. 

If you’d like extra protection for your order, we recommend requesting signature confirmation at checkout for added security on higher-value orders.
