We’re so glad you’re here! Below are answers to some common questions about orders, shipping, and all things Curio Garden.
✨ Is everything really handmade?
Yes! Every piece is made by hand in my home studio in Savannah, Georgia. No mass production — just thoughtful design, natural textures, and lots of love in every detail.
📦 When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!
Need it faster? Feel free to reach out before placing your order, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
🚚 My tracking says “Delivered,” but I can’t find my package.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
We recommend:
• Double-checking your shipping address
• Looking around your porch or building
• Asking neighbors or your local post office
• Waiting 24-48 hours to see if it shows

🧵 What if my necklace breaks?
If your jewelry breaks due to a construction issue within 30 days, we’ll happily offer a repair, replacement, or store credit. Just send a photo and your order info to shopcuriogarden@gmail.com.
Accidental damage or breakage after 30 days may still be repairable — reach out and we’ll do our best to help!
🔁 What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges or store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Please note: Earrings, custom orders, and sale items are final sale.
🎁 Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Want your order wrapped with care? We’re happy to do so and include a handwritten gift note upon request — just leave your message at checkout.
🛍 Do you do private events or trunk shows?
Yes! I love bringing Curio Garden to special gatherings, markets, or in-home events. If you’re in the Savannah area (or planning something fun nearby), email me at shopcuriogarden@gmail.com to chat about availability.
